懂得推罪于人。
拥有抵制他人恶意伤害的盾牌，是领导者的重要驭人之道。
让别人去承担不满者的责难、嫌恶者的惩罚，这并非幸灾乐祸者所想象的无能的倚靠手段，而是更高超的处世策略。
事事如意不可能，皆大欢喜亦不可能。
所以，即便是以我们的自尊为代价，也要找一个替罪羊，让他成为不幸事件的活靶。
